WELCOME TO OUR BLOG

Rebecca & I would like to welcome our family and friends to our much anticipated 2010 World Cruise on Regent Cruise Lines. If you are interested you can see more on Regent's web site at www.rssc.com. We will be departing San Diego on Jan 13, 2010 and ending up in Ft Lauderdale 119 days later on May 12, 2010. Our cruise itinerary is too long to include here so you will have to go to Regent web site. On left side click on "Find a Cruise". Then under Region select "World Cruise" and under Month select "Jan 2010". Select "San Diego to Ft Lauderdale".

The Voyager has 700 passenger capacity and all cabins are suites with balconies. Some suites are larger than others. We have the basic suite. As I begin our blog it is still 73 days until we sail. Having never done a blog before this will be interesting for me and hopefully I can make it interesting for you.

At this point our passports have sent in for all the required VISAs. We will be visiting 30 countries but only a few require a VISA for entry. We will also be required to get vacinated for yellow fever (for South Africa) and have malaria medication with us.
