Up at 8am this morning (now 3 hour time difference from Dallas) so went to my laptop and tuned in WRR radio in Dallas to listen to Preston Hollow Presbyterian Church (our church home) service. We enjoyed Blair's, our pastor, message as always. So here we are half way from San Diego to Tahiti in the middle of the south Pacific ocean and can still be with our church family back in Dallas. Blair must have an "in" with the Lord as after his service I switched to NFL.com to listen to the Cowboys game and satellite reception was not able to get it. Just as well as game just ended and looked like Vikings mopped the stadium with them. There's always next year!
Last night Allen & Carolyn, the other Dallas couple onboard, joined us for dinner in Signatures restaurant (French restaurant). We all agree that French food is not for us so will not do it again. After dinner we all went to the show. I was wrong in yesterday's post as the four singers were professional entertainers calling themselves, The Unexpected Boys. They sang all the old "Frankie Valli and Four Seasons" tunes. They were not as good as cast of Jersey Boys show we went to in Las Vegas but still VERY good. They will do another show later in the cruise so can't wait. Well weather at noon here is partly sunny and 76F. Fairly smooth ride today. Tonight's entertainer is concert pianoist so probably will not go to show. This afternoon the ship will be getting transmission of the Chargers/Jets game so guess we will watch it. We will also go to gym after lunch. Speaking of lunch, it's about time to eat, AGAIN.
